Privacy Policy

The EnlistReady website is operated by Wenge Development. It provides Army career exploration, ASVAB preparation, fitness-readiness, and enlistment-planning tools.

Information this website processes

Career preferences, saved MOS choices, MOS notes, quiz answers, ASVAB progress, fitness entries, eligibility-checklist answers, roadmap progress, settings, and tour history are processed and stored locally in your browser. Wenge Development does not create an account, save this preparation data to a product database, sell it, or use it to personalize advertising on the current website.

Advertising and consent

EnlistReady includes the Google AdSense account tag on substantial public guides, career profiles, and planning references to support site review and Google privacy messages. The tag is excluded from the private app shell and legal or utility pages. The current website does not define manual advertising units, does not show advertising placeholders, and does not use rewarded advertising. Wenge Development may use Google Auto ads on eligible public content after AdSense approves the site.

When the AdSense tag loads, Google may process routine technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, page URL, and consent signals. Google’s privacy messages provide applicable visitors with consent or opt-out choices. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

If you email Wenge Development, your email provider and Wenge Development will process the address and message you choose to send. The hosting provider may process routine technical information such as IP address, device/browser details, timestamps, and security logs to deliver and protect the site.

Analytics

EnlistReady offers optional Google Analytics 4 measurement. Google Analytics is not loaded unless you select “Accept analytics” in the website’s privacy choices. If you decline, EnlistReady stores that choice locally and does not request the Google Analytics script.

After acceptance, Google Analytics may process page URLs and titles, approximate location, browser and device information, referral source, page views, session activity, and engagement time. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar device identifiers for this measurement. EnlistReady configures analytics-only consent and disables Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals. Career preferences, MOS notes, ASVAB answers, fitness entries, eligibility-checklist answers, and roadmap progress are not intentionally sent to Google Analytics.

Analytics information is used to understand which public guides and preparation features are useful, identify technical or navigation problems, and improve EnlistReady. Google processes this information under its own terms and privacy practices. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

The current Google Analytics retention settings retain event-level data for two months and user-level data for fourteen months. Aggregated standard reporting may remain available beyond these periods under Google Analytics’ reporting rules.

Browser storage

The website uses browser-local storage to remember your progress and preferences on your device. If you install the web app, your browser may also store EnlistReady’s application files and offline cache on the device. The current website does not require an account and does not use an access-password cookie. You can remove locally stored preparation data from EnlistReady Settings and remove installed files through your browser or device.

Children

EnlistReady is a general-audience service aimed primarily at adults and graduating high-school students, with a 17-and-older focus. It is not directed to children under 13, and Wenge Development does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users under 18 should review military career and enlistment decisions with a parent or guardian and qualified recruiting personnel.

Data choices

A “Privacy choices” button remains available after you accept or decline analytics. You can change your decision at any time. Declining stops future EnlistReady analytics events, and clearing browser site data removes the saved choice.

You can use Settings → Clear user data to delete locally saved preparation data and restart the experience. You can also clear site data through your browser and choose not to email us. Messages you send may be retained as needed to answer you, review a correction, or manage the public beta.
