These Terms of Use govern access to the EnlistReady website operated by Wenge Development. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Informational preparation tool
EnlistReady provides general educational and organizational information. It is not an official recruiting service, legal service, medical service, accredited school, testing authority, employment agency, or financial adviser.
Age and supervision
The website is a general-audience service intended primarily for adults and graduating high-school students, with a 17-and-older focus. It is not directed to children under 13. Users under 18 should use it with a parent or guardian and involve qualified recruiting personnel in enlistment decisions. Do not send sensitive personal, medical, financial, identification, or enlistment documents by email.
Acceptable use
You may use EnlistReady for personal, noncommercial preparation. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or republish substantial portions of its content, bypass access or advertising controls, introduce malicious code, or use the website unlawfully.
No guarantees
Wenge Development does not guarantee enlistment eligibility, MOS availability, bonuses, duty stations, training assignments, security clearances, ASVAB scores, fitness outcomes, college credit, certification eligibility, civilian employment, or salary results.
Local browser data
The current website stores preparation progress in your browser. You are responsible for maintaining any notes you need elsewhere. Wenge Development cannot restore locally stored information after it is cleared, lost, or made unavailable.
Intellectual property
EnlistReady branding, original explanations, interface design, and original practice content belong to Wenge Development or its licensors. Government information and linked third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights and terms.
Third-party services and links
Links to Army, education, employment, or other third-party websites are provided for convenience. Wenge Development does not control their availability, security, accuracy, privacy practices, products, or services.
Availability and changes
The website may change, pause, or discontinue at any time. These terms may also change. A revised effective date will identify material updates posted here.
Disclaimer and limitation
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Wenge Development disclaims warranties not expressly stated here and is not responsible for decisions made solely from website content, third-party conduct, lost local data, or indirect or consequential loss to the extent permitted by applicable law.
